中国海事服务中心

    经中国交通运输部批准，中国海事服务中心于1994年5月8日成立，是在部海事局领导下，为海事系统提供辅助支持及技术性工作、面向社会进行海事服务、适应市场需求的事业单位。目前承办的主要项目包括：船员考试、船舶一卡通、社会船员服务、海事信息化建设等。
    China Maritime Service Center (CMSC), founded in May 1994, is a maritime service organization under China Maritime Safety Administration (China MSA) of Ministry of Transport, China. With maritime services as its core business and key responsibilities, CMSC has succeeded in undertaking the supportive and backup tasks assigned by China MSA.
