The Vessel One-card System （short for "the System"）for vessel endorsement is one of the major IT application projects CMSC undertakes in national maritime system. The System helps modernize ship supervision and management by means of unification of vessel data, electronizing of vessel endorsement and intelligentization of vessel data statistic.

The complete implementation of the System project greatly facilitates seamen handling of various formalities like the ship’s endorsement and security and safety check so as to make seamen free from shuttling back and forth between ports with various vessel documents. The System also helps effectively crackdown the crimes and violation of counterfeiting vessel certificates, thus the law-abiding ship owners’ rights could be effectively protected.
