CMSC was designated to undertake the information system maintenance of MSA Water Safety Supervision Information System in the end of 2004. With the scale expansion of the MSA information system, the scope and volume of maintenance work has been ever enlarging.

Meanwhile, due to satisfactory service, CMSC is appointed by MSA to be the sole integrator (organizer) of the MSA information hardware and software operation system. In 2007, CMSC successfully completed the hardware renewal integration of Water Safety Supervision Information System Project Phase. China MSA and its 12 provincial administrations or 13 nodes in total were involved in this project. Now the objective of the project has been achieved and the renewed systems in those administrations are in good condition and much better performance.
